Turnkey Plant Solutions

Ready-to-operate Technology – from Compact Systems to Concrete Container Solutions Weighing up to 100 Tons.

Specifically for biomethane injection, we have developed turnkey concrete container systems which offer space for two separate compressor systems (Ex-Zone 1) as well as for the necessary automation & control systems (Ex-free Zone).

The container systems are fully piped and wired. Process periphery, pressure, temperature, and flow measurement technology, VPT automation, SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems, cooling systems, separators/filters, and auxiliary units are fully installed.
